Lisa jumped into the Missouri title industry back in October 1980, starting her journey at Midwest Title in Higginsville. By July 1, 1985, she was helping launch Cameron Title Company after attorneys Mike Poland and Steve Griffin purchased Johnston Abstract Company—a venture she managed for almost seven years.
In 1992, she teamed up with attorneys Larry Fisher and George Pickett to create Platte Valley Title Company in Cameron, where she steered the ship until 2013. That’s when she returned to the Cameron Title team—new owners, same passion for great service.
After 40+ years, Lisa has seen the title and real estate lending world change in just about every way possible—and she’s kept pace with every new rule, regulation, and curveball the industry has thrown. She now also serves as the Compliance Officer and Trainer for Missouri Central Title, helping others stay sharp, too.
