Congress has passed what is being called the most significant housing legislation in nearly 20 years, with a focus on increasing housing supply, improving affordability, and expanding opportunities for homeownership.

Some highlights include:
✅ Encouraging the construction of more homes
✅ Supporting rehabilitation of existing housing
✅ Expanding access to small-dollar mortgages
✅ Increasing housing opportunities for veterans
✅ Reducing barriers to affordable housing development

While no single piece of legislation will solve our housing challenges overnight, increasing housing inventory is one of the most important steps toward improving affordability and creating more options for buyers.

🏡 When your buyers can't find the right house, so you sell them yours.

That's either exceptional customer service or a complete lack of planning. The jury is still out. 😂

After looking for the right fit, Tanner & Tyra ended up buying my house and officially closed yesterday!

The best part is that they're expecting their first baby in the fall, so this home is about to be filled with all kinds of firsts, memories, and exciting new adventures.

As for me? I'm currently homeless and living in my parents' basement until our new house is finished. So if anyone needs a Realtor who's willing to literally give up her own house to get a deal done, I'm your girl. 🤣
