It’s only been a week since this beautiful family moved into their new home but who’s counting.

This family was referred to me by a longtime friend, thank you 🫶🏼 With how intense the market has been I was certain we’d be getting to know each other real well. To my complete shock, I had these guys under contract within the first week of meeting them. To add to the excitement, we got through the home inspection, lender conditions and attorney work and closed before our contract deadlines. There wasn’t a single hiccup that bogged this down. Wowee!! Is all I can say!

📣 Important message regarding FHA mortgage insurance premium changes!

The annual premium will be reduced from 0.85% to 0.55% for most borrowers, starting on March 20, 2023. Always speak with your chosen lender to obtain specifics regarding the changes and how it may impact you and your mortgage obligations.

I want to take time to say THANK YOU to you all!

A little back story- the demands I felt from corporate business took a tremendous toll on my emotional, mental and physical health as I’m sure so many have felt or are still battling. Not to mention the restrictions on family time and extracurricular activities. As heart wrenching as Covid was for so many, it ended up being the blessing my family needed to put our children first, allowing me to close the door to a career that demanded so much of me.

Deciding to focus my spare attention on real estate and take a leap into a new career, has been the best decision of our lives.

With that said, each year I strive to be better than the last and I am so happy to say that I surpassed my personal goals and I couldn’t have done it without the support of my family, friends, clients and referrals. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for always believing in me and my strengths and allowing me the opportunities to be who I want to be with no restrictions. I have gained so much knowledge and experience, I have everyone who supports me to thank for that❣️

~During tough times, it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It’s there, you have to want it and achieve it.
