Driving around and seeing these Hometown Hero signs brings back a lot of memories. And yes… that younger guy on the sign is me. I’ve aged a little since then. 😂

🔨 Another good day. Another house SOLD!

That makes five auctions this summer for Jim Kirby Auctions — and 162 Pine Tree Drive in North Syracuse officially has a new owner!

The bidders were registered, the room was full, and once Jim got things started, it didn’t take long.

From the first bid to the final SOLD, the auction itself took about 10 minutes.
