I'll be honest. I'm not out to get more "listings." My objective as a full-time Realtor isn't to just list your house. It's to SELL your house!

Any agent can list a house.

But it takes knowledge, marketing, & planning to sell a house.

That’s why I do the research & KNOW this local market so well. I'm honest about what I think your home will sell for.

Here’s a hot take that is bound to ruffle some feathers...

Realtors are not required to buy or sell real estate. 🫣

Yep. I said it.

And honestly the industry needs to stop acting like that’s not true. Many agents act like not using a Realtor is guaranteed to be a disaster every single time. That simply is not always the case.

You do not legally need me.
You do not have to hire an agent.
You absolutely can do it yourself.

Realtors are not a necessity.
Realtors are a service.
A strategy.
A buffer.
An experienced problem-solver when things go sideways.

But, we are not a requirement.

If you want to FSBO your house, you absolutely can.
If you want to buy direct, you have every right.
If you want to take it all on yourself...I genuinely hope it goes smoothly for you.

But also…don’t confuse “not required” with “not valuable.”

Because when things do get complicated (and they often do 😬), that’s where the right agent earns every dollar of what they’re paid.

The truth is, the best agents aren’t afraid to say you don’t need them. Because we know when you choose us, it’s for a reason.

🇺🇸Onondaga Lake Park in Liverpool
When: July 4
Time: Approximately 9:30 PM
The biggest fireworks show in Central New York and always worth the crowds.

🇺🇸Paper Mill Island - Baldwinsville
When: July 4 Weekend Celebration
Time: Dusk
One of the best waterfront settings in CNY with food, music, and fireworks over the Seneca River.

🇺🇸Village of Manlius in Manlius
When: July 4
Time: Dusk
Small-town Americana at its finest with a parade, food trucks, and fireworks.

🇺🇸Fireworks on the River
Where: Riverfront Park - Brewerton
When: July 3
Time: Dusk
Beautiful fireworks along the Oneida River and usually less crowded than Syracuse.

🇺🇸Syracuse Mets Fireworks
Where: NBT Bank Stadium
When: July 3 & July 4
Game starts around 6:35 PM and fireworks immediately after the game.
Baseball, hot dogs, and fireworks. Doesn’t get much more American than that.

🇺🇸East Syracuse Fireworks in East Syracuse
When: July 11
Time: Around 9:30 PM
Perfect if you miss the July 4 crowds and still want a great fireworks show.

I care how they handle the deal when everything goes sideways.

Because passing a test is easy. Navigating a failed inspection, a buyer who suddenly gets cold feet, an appraisal issue, or a seller ready to walk away? That is where experience actually shows up.

The truth is, real estate is not hard when everything goes perfectly. It is what happens when it doesn't.
