Not All Heroes Wear Capes. Some Work Right Here at Linlo!

Today, an unexpected and frightening situation unfolded at one of our properties when a vehicle caught fire.

While our hearts go out to those whose vehicles were damaged, we are incredibly grateful that no one was injured. And amid a scary situation, something pretty remarkable happened.

As the fire began, Linlo team member Jovan Wormsley noticed a helpless kitten alone inside the burning vehicle. Without hesitation, Joven stepped in and rescued the kitten, saving its life.

We couldn't be prouder of Jovan for his quick thinking, compassion, and willingness to help when it mattered most.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by today's fire, and we're thankful that everyone is safe, including one very lucky little kitten.

Jovan, you're a hero in our book!

27 Brookwood Drive in Carlisle is taking shape, and this project is close to our hearts. When it's complete, this building will be home to a new state health center and additional state offices, bringing important services directly to the residents of Carlisle and the surrounding community.

Great buildings aren't just about the space inside them. They're about the people they serve. Stay tuned for more updates as this one comes together.

You know those days where nothing goes right? We do too, and we try to make them a little better when we can.

When a tenant's employee accidentally dropped their keys down a parking lot drain, our maintenance team got the call and showed up without hesitation. Keys retrieved. Day saved.

Big building problems or small ones — we show up either way. That's just who we are.
