On Friday morning, agents from were proud to participate in the 1st Annual WPE3 Legacy Foundation Golf Outing, held in memory of Billy Eichelberger. ⛳

Our team—Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR, Michael Curran, SIOR, Justin Shoemaker, and Sean Fitzsimmons—enjoyed a great day on the course at Range End Golf Club, all in support of a meaningful cause.

The event also featured a silent auction with autographed sports memorabilia and more, helping raise additional funds for the foundation.

The WPE3 Legacy Foundation honors Billy’s kindness and the belief he lived by: “Sometimes good people just need a little help.” Proceeds from the outing directly support individuals and families in need—making a real impact in our community.

Welcome to the team, Landon & Brady! 👏

is excited to have two awesome summer interns with us this year!

Landon Kuntzelman is a rising senior at Manhattan University studying Finance & Economics (and a pitcher for the baseball team 💪⚾). This summer, he’ll be working closely with Justin Shoemaker and getting hands-on experience in retail and development.

Brady Seipp is a rising sophomore at Duquesne University studying Business Administration with a focus on Accounting & Finance. A Mechanicsburg grad, Brady will be working with several of our agents and learning about different areas of commercial real estate.

We’re looking forward to a great summer and are excited to see all they accomplish!
