I have lost track of how many people I have heard tell me this. When you are looking for team members thats what you are looking for.

Real Estate Update:
1. Homes that are price right are still selling fast
2. More buyers are having success closing
3. Rates are stable for 3++ years.

Its time to stop saying "oh I'll just wait till rates come down"

1. They don't take advantage of first time home buyer programs (think how crazy that sounds)
2. They do the right things, but in the wrong order
3. They get overwhelmed and confused or intimidated by the numbers
4. They get scared by Zillow, AI, and YouTube
5. They don't hire a gladiator
