Self-promotion has never come easily to me... At the end of the day, our goal isn't awards... it's simply helping families buy and sell homes with care and dedication. That said, this summer blew us away.

In July, our small but mighty team placed 2nd overall in the office, standing right alongside teams with 10+ agents. Then in August, we were truly honored to be named the top small team in the Camp Hill office.

None of this happens in a vacuum. It took late nights, hard work, and incredible teamwork. I am beyond grateful for David and Tara, and for the amazing support and assists from our friend and collaborator, .

We also really appreciate Jenn Ceo, Autumn, Tricia Como Coldwell Banker , Kim Sykes, and everyone else who helps us and guides us day in and day out.

So incredibly proud of my awesome client, Noah! 🏠 He’s 25 and has been saving for his first home since he was 15 years old (talk about playing the long game!) His brand new home in Florin Hill with Charter Homes in Mt. Joy is officially built and he’s got the keys with Charter Homes in Mt. Joy!
