The MLS reported just one cabin sale in April—and although it wasn’t a Mountain Real Estate Services listing or sale, it still tells an important story about today’s market.

This 4-bedroom cabin closed at $339,000, averaging $199.41 per square foot, and went under contract in just 14 days on the market.
