Apparently, being a REALTOR also includes changing light bulbs. 😂💡

Before adding this to my client’s repair request, I wanted to make sure the light didn’t just need a new bulb. Turns out…it did. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Sometimes the best way to save my clients money isn’t through negotiation. It’s by taking a few extra minutes to double check the little things first.

One of the biggest misconceptions about home inspections is that buyers should ask the seller to fix everything.

That is not the goal.

My job is to help my clients understand which items are real concerns, which could become expensive problems, and which are simply part of homeownership.

In this case, one issue belonged in the repair request. The other just needed a good power wash.
