A great Realtor always puts the client first working hard often under unusual circumstance to get the job done. The Realtor often does not sit in a cozy office, we are on the road setting up our office in our car or in a Starbucks-where needed to get the job done, offers in, and assuring the needs of our clients. All the hard work, the research, negotiations, contract writing, inspections, and issue triage are done on our time and at our financial risk as we do not get paid until the deal fully closes.
The greatest pay-off...a satisfied Customer!
