It’s been one of my buyers’ dreams to become a farmer - taking after the footsteps of his father - by acquiring their own farmland to cultivate. It's such a pleasure to be able to help make their dreams become a reality AND most important of all, we were able to help them purchase their land at BELOW MARKET PRICE! 🤑🥳

It has been quite a journey as we have tried exploring a few different options. Going from looking at uncultivated rolling hills, single family home zoning development (to build a house from the ground up), and back to helping my buyers negotiate and acquiring fully developed farms at a 24% discount below the list price– to be more specific, that’s fully developed award winning olive farm purchased at the price close to undeveloped land– saving my buyers a lot of time, labor work, and money!!!

Of course throughout the process of entertaining these possibilities, we really need to know what we were getting ourselves into as we’ve had to navigate across some challenges, from having to clear clouds on the titles, doing due diligence to figure out the property boundaries, easements, acknowledging the seasonal flood and possible fire hazards, to understanding building requirements and restriction for the land use, etc.

As everything has pulled together, I am happy to announce that we’ve finally closed and currently have 2 happy emerging farmers 🤩🤩
