Jim and Sue raised their two sons here in Silicon Valley and now live (with their dog Luther) in Morgan Hill. Faithful 49er fans, they also love to travel (Maui, Las Vegas and Disneyland are some of their favorites) when not spending time with their family. Jim began his career, and understanding of true customer service, as a buyer at Nordstrom helping open their stores in San Jose and San Francisco before becoming National Sales Executives at prestigious footwear companies, ultimately transitioning to Real Estate in 2007, his true passion. Hauslley Silva was born in Brazil and moved to San Francisco in 1990 where he attended High School, then to the South Bay where he attained a bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2002. He now lives in Los Gatos with his family & dog (Taco). He is also trilingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish) and likes to spend free time with family, snowboarding, scuba diving, sporting/music events, traveling (preferably to exotic locations), wining/dining and playing poker with friends. Hauslley began his career in high tech (customer service, marketing) and then finally moved on to Real Estate in 2007 with the goal to show others the benefits of homeownership. Jim & Hauslley have been in Real Estate in the Bay Area since 2007 with hundreds of transactions representing sellers, buyers, investors, banks and relocation clients for many of the major local technology companies.
