Building Sales:

Represent sellers and buyers of commercial real estate. We have extensive market knowledge of existing and pending sales as well as existing inventory and shadow inventory/opportunities (“off-market”). Leasing:

Tenant Representation – provide tenants the nec

essary tools to locate space through our broad-reaching market information and negotiations to achieve their real estate objectives; including lease renewal negotiations to effectively leverage market opportunities. Some tenants believe they shouldn’t use a broker to renegotiate/renew their lease……that would be unwise in most cases. KPA understands how landlords think and can use that to your advantage when renewing your lease. Let us help you negotiate the best terms possible if you decide to renew your lease. Landlord Representation – provide landlords with representation and marketing to lease or renew soon to be expired leases and vacant space. Professional approach to marketing (signs, brochures, mailing campaigns, door to door campaigns, internet, etc.) to effectively advertise listings. Knowledge of other competitive listings will give you the upper hand when negotiating leases; let us do the leg work to make sure you are getting a competitive lease (Please review our Recent Transactions). Property Management:

Through our subsidiary, we manage over a million square feet of retail, office, R&D and industrial space. Our management services allow us to offer a “single point of contact” approach to all leasing, sales, financing/refinancing and building management needs. Valuation Services:

Building valuation services are offered on a case by case basis. We offer opinions of value for a variety of clientele, including private owners/investors, banks, appraisers, buyers and sellers. Property Tax Appeals and Reductions:

We offer Property Tax Appeal and Reduction services. This service allows us to reduce the assessed value on your building and in most cases receive a property tax refund from previous years.* We recently reduced the assessed value on a property by $1,500,000.00 and were able to receive a refund of $25,000.00 from a previous years property tax payment.

*This service is not always successful and variables apply to the success of this service. A fee is not charged by our company unless a refund is issued or the assessed value is reduced.

🌍💚 Cleaning Up for a Better Tomorrow! 💚🌍

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to participate with members of boys team charity, Inc. (btc), including my son Jackson, along with The Trash Punx, joined forces to clean up Guadalupe Creek along Almaden Expressway and Capitol Expressway! It was an incredible day of community action, making a real difference in keeping our city clean and green.

A special shoutout to Pam Foley, Vice Mayor of San Jose, for supporting local initiatives. We’re also proud to see Jackson Peixoto, a btc member, stepping up to help lead the charge for a cleaner environment!
