Father Profile:
My dad worked in a tire retread shop in Louisville, KY for 30+ years; was raised on a beef cattle farm and believed boys should go to college and girls stay home to raise a family. Since he could not provide a college education to my brothers too, he wouldn't let me go to college even though I had earned a full scholarship to Western Kentucky University. My dad was the oldest of 5 (4 boys, 1 girl), born to Ed and Lucille Koetter; went to the seminary to become a priest and left just before being ordained because he met my mom; went into the service (United States Air Force) as a gunner pilot in a B52 Bomber. My dad was a pilot in World War II. He flew in the B-52 Bomber, in the small "bubble" that was beneath the plane, and was with the "crew" that tested and dropped the atomic bomb. My father passed away at age 72 with prostate cancer complications. Mother Profile:
Mother was always a stay-at-home mom, getting the 7 of us to the fields early in the morning to pick berries before school, then into the tomato fields to pick tomatoes till sundown. Her father owned a dairy farm and planted crops to be picked by his grandchildren. Vision:
I shall build "a seven-story building" that will be designed by my daughter, Kelsey, who is a Scholar architect at Ohio State University. That building will include all the professions of my four children, along with the interests of me and my husband, Mike. The first floor will be a restaurant that will serve only the healthiest foods that will be good for our bodies at a cost that will be good for our budgets. My youngest daughter, Jenny, loves to cook, and every member of our family loves the benefits of healthy living. The second floor will be a health center that will help all who care to enter to experience the mind, body, and spiritual benefits of living in this world. Jenny is studying Exercise Science and Physical Therapy at Ohio State University, received her Masters at Ohio University in Athens and is continuing her education at the University of Arizona as a staff member in the Campus Rec Department. The third floor will be a real estate office where we can help others enjoy the benefits of real estate ownership both personally and through investments. The fourth floor will be a financial business where educating others in how to manage their money will be forefront to all services being provided, helping them LEARN how to spend their money wisely and invest in products or services that will enhance their lifestyles. The fifth floor will be an architectural design center to help others design their home, office or other products so they can perform at their peak in order to attain abundance in wealth and happiness in all aspects of their lives. The sixth and seventh floors will be entirely dedicated to music, sound, high-tech audio and video production and distribution of cutting edge products and services, highlighting the talents and vision of my sons, Zach and Jonathan, and my husband, Mike. The things these three men in my life can do are incredible examples of what a high IQ, passionate vision, and tireless labor can bring into our world of technology. The artistic nature of what they can do, what they dream, and the effects of how this world can be impacted, is yet to be seen, but most necessary and WILL be forthcoming if I have anything to do with it!
