Happy Holidays and rather than marketing my Real Estate as my birthday nears so does the The Ohio Real Estate 30 hours due date for continuing education to be completed by my birthday. For my fellow Realtors we tend to get offers online. The CE Shop is the online vendor I chose 3 years ago and while there are others. The CE Shop has NOT disappoint, given my IT and programming background I think the user interface is very intuitive, user friendly and super estable especially when picking up where I left off... Hello all and rather than writing a lengthy post about a property's "COMING SOON" Status I'd much rather hear one's feedback of the use of this status; especially if one practices Real Estate in the State of Ohio. Although the general intent of the Coming Soon status is "the broker and the seller are preparing the property for sale and for marketing as Active status". Even though it does generate attention for the upcoming sale of the property, and I am graceful for it. I also had to deal with the number of calls out of state and some out of the county that under the State of Ohio Real Estate Commerce laws and use of the "Coming Soon Status" are NOT allowed based on its definition. I am NOT suggesting anyone was trying to break the rules. My general feeling is when the market is prosper the Coming Soon may be over kill, and it may have a better impact when the market is scarce. Maybe it's a matter of informing everyone what is meant by Coming Soon Status to better differentiate "Coming Soon" Status from "Active" Status. Thanks
