Have you ever thought, “I would move, but where would I go?”
Well my clients thought that, and then I told them we could list their house and when we get a buyer, we can ask for time to find a home! So we listed!
Received a contract, agreed on a two week period to find their perfect home. If they don’t; they can either extend if buyer is willing, or start over.. maybe not perfect for every situation, but we are hoping it works out for them!
Now for the fun part, finding the perfect home!
this strategy works well if you aren’t exactly sure how the market will react and what your home will sell for. This gives you that number upfront so you know how much you can spend on your next house. Especially if matters are riding on the sale. If it doesn’t matter then that’s a different story!
