Currently Seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 164 unit property.

Must have an expectation for perfection and possess impeccable time management skills. Must have reliable transportation, tools and a great attendance record!

Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.

*Drug test and Criminal Background screening prior to employment! Please do not apply if you will not pass a drug or criminal background screening or have any problems with alcohol!

Ability to communicate with residents, fellow employees, and contractors in a proper manner.

Will be responsible for Very Detailed Grounds Upkeep, Unit flips, General Repairs to units, Laying Vinyl Plank Flooring, Power washing, Trim Painting and any special projects as assigned by Management.

Experienced with General Furnace and A/C, Electrical, Appliance Repair and Plumbing preferred!

Physical Requirements: Frequently Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 50 pounds. Ability to climb stairs/ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and handling. Frequently move appliances up and down stairs.

-Greet Prospects and Tenants

-Ability to lease apartments and "close the sale"

-Inspect Models and Available Rentals

-Process Prospect Applications

-Monitor Advertising and Social Media

-Complete Market Research and Shop Competition

-Represent Company in a Professional Manner at all times

-Accept/Collect Rental Payments

-Prepare Lease Documents and Appropriate Forms

-Maintain Current Files

-Complete Regular Filing

-Prepare and Distribute Notices

-Answer Phones and Respond timely to Emails and Voicemails

-Prepare Service Requests

-Follow Up with Tenants and Prospects when necessary

-Contribute to Property Curb Appeal

-Complete Regular Office Cleaning

-Participate in Outreach Marketing

Necessary Skills:

-Demonstrate Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

-Operate Multi Line Phone System and Office Computer

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Maintain a Positive Attitude

-Ability to Work Flexible Schedule including Evenings and Weekends.

-Must be Neat, Clean, and Professional
