I thought my trophy winning days were behind me in middle school, but check me out! I NEVER wanted to be a realtor, but I felt like I had to. I became sick of seeing terrible short-term rental investments come to Vibe Short Term Rental Management when it was too late. The property had already been purchased through someone who knew nothing about short-term rental investing, and I was the one left holding the bag when it inevitably failed. I was also tired of seeing incredible short-term rental properties being sold way under value because they were being marketed with cell phone pictures to a small pool of buyer’s agents within a local MLS instead of to the nationwide audience actively searching for STR investments.

I made a commitment to at least give this business my full effort and attention in my first year as an agent. The result? As long as I stay in my STR / second-home lane, I really like it. Year one saw over $10 million bought and sold, along with some pretty cool trophies — and this hat — from my brokerage, Keller Williams: 5th Highest Earning Agent and Rookie of the Year.

The data is starting to come back on the properties I helped my clients buy and sell throughout 2025, and I am really proud of what we accomplished together.
