I mean, if you aren’t out there using your superhuman strength to drive some stakes & rebar into the ground to hold up your larger-than-life real estate sign… are you ACTUALLY doing real estate?!? 💪🏼

Beyond thankful that this guy ⬇️ chose ME, of all the other real estate agents out there… ME… to represent him in this exciting endeavor.

From the beginning of our story, which involves slingin’ & pumpin’ countless air pots filled with coffee, bright and early at Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters (going back 17-ish years now 👵🏼) & making sure this guy had a hot cup of ☕️ in the morning… to wrapping up super-secret electronic parts in anti-static envelopes at FSI for hours on end, never knowing what I was even doing… here we are, November 1, 2022. Grateful and blessed that John has given me my own key fob for this building and the reins to get it leased.

PSA: I think it would be 100% appropriate for prospective buyers to tour all aspects of a property… including a dip in the pool on a sunny & warm day. Saturdays are for SHOWINGS!!

PEEP that lake in the distance… and the glorious vineyard across the road 😍. There isn’t nearly enough word-space available to go on about this property I was lucky enough to show today… via FaceTime. We spent an unusual amount of time viewing the OUTSIDE of the property (I regret nothing) admiring the landscaping, the incredible climbing trees… the beauty! The inside of the home…. equally as stunning. Can we also talk about the artwork in the laundry room?!? EPIC! All we want to know is.. ?!? My fingers are crossed these buyers of Chad’s land this property… if the property doesn’t speak for itself… the backstory & history I was able to hear from the seller really sealed the deal. (One of the stories being, as children… they pulled a ladder up to the back of the house, climbed up, took sleds off the roof at full speed… right down that front hill!). WHERE DO I SIGN UP?!?

Yesterdays showings 😍

The multiple reminders around this property of “please no petting or feeding the animals” was absolutely necessary. Not only was yesterday A GORGEOUS DAY in Upstate New York, and offered a tiny-taste of summer… but THIS little family was just the cutest! Proud papa was keeping a watchful eye on mama and her brand new baby from afar as we oodled over this wobbly-legged babe!

And can we also agree on how beautiful this property is in West Bloomfield?!?

You just never know what you might find while showing properties! BUT, what I can tell you is…once you find the right client, with military eyes, who will make sure you don’t step on a snake in the woods… you really have struck gold 😂. Here, we have some old leg bones that we stumbled upon while walking a 20.8 acre property (a hunters PARADISE, I might add) down in South Bristol. These views 😍 But back to that client of mine, he’s the real winner here! 🐍
