Congratulations to this wonderful family on their home purchase with over 2 acres!

They looked for years and finally found THE one. Wishing them all the best memories in their new home. 🏡 🔑

It was a busy and wonderful couple days. I have a renewed sense of energy and learned so much from the upstate Real Estate Summit. Jeff Glover was amazing to hear speak as I expected! Selling real estate can open doors you didn’t think possible and being surrounded by the right crew makes your impact limitless.

Special thanks to Blush by CVDesigns for styling me for both days. They are located right in downtown Seneca Falls. If you haven’t stopped in, you need to!

Congratulations to my May buyers and sellers! It was a powerful month of multiple offers for my sellers and blasting out the competition for my buyers! So many grants to my buyers this year and still counting.

🥳

Casually putting $1M+ under contract in a day… no big deal 😉🔥

That means multiple clients are one step closer to their next chapter—and that’s what it’s all about. 🏡✨

Erin is on an absolute roll and proving that the market rewards those who know how to move.

Smart strategy. Strong negotiation. Real results. 💼

It was a busy month. Over 1 million in volume closed in March 🎉

The most special closing day 🥹

03/29/2026

My clients have secured $85,000 THIS YEAR alone in first-time home buyer grants. I set a goal to get as many as possible this year and with the help from some really amazing lenders, I have crushed that goal 🌟

There are still some left & I’ve got the contacts. DM me for more info.

Happy closing day!!

From the consultation to the under contract was only about ONE week!

How did we get under contract so fast? By setting expectations and being prepared before we stepped foot inside a home.

So incredibly happy for them, welcome to the JL team. 🏡 🥂
