Operations Manager
Lakeview Lawn & Landscape, Inc. offers premier property management, landscaping and construction services to commercial clients across New York State. We are currently in search of experienced Operations Managers who are energetic, reliable, hardworking, team players with a positive attitude to join our company.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years Landscape or Construction management experience to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Oversee all construction crews – foremen, crew members, etc.
• Coach, develop and hold accountable all foremen
• Daily conversations and goal establishment centered on individual performance and developing plans and timelines for foremen and crew members to grow careers
• In field training of all construction operations
• Training and development of all crew members
• Quality work and self-inspection
• Ensuring work meets customer quality expectations and company standards
• Ensuring work is completed at or below budgeted hours – including creating plans for foremen to complete work, maps and daily checkpoints, etc.
• Work closely with Clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Proactive scheduling, planning and coordination of all construction crews
• Ensure foremen and crews have proper tools, equipment, trucks and materials to utilize
• Recruit and build a team so we have enough talent to produce the work that is sold
• Participation in snow and ice removal is mandatory
Job Requirements:
• High school degree
• Minimum of 4 years landscape experience and/or knowledge
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Compensation and Benefits Include:
• $45,000 - $55,000 per year
