🚫 Myth: You don’t need a Realtor when buying new construction.
✅ Fact: The builder’s agent works for them, not you. You deserve your own representation.

🚫 Myth: You should pay off all debt before buying.
✅ Fact: Lenders care more about your debt-to-income ratio — not whether you have any debt.

🚫 Myth: Renting is safer right now.
✅ Fact: Rent pays someone else’s mortgage. Owning builds your own equity over time.

The truth? The best time to buy is when you’re financially and personally ready — not when the internet says so. 💡
