I’m so grateful to have such good relationships within the real estate community. The market is changing rapidly with rising interest rates and inflation. With these changes the condition of the home, accurate pricing, and a solid marketing plan become essential to success as a seller. This home checks all of the boxes.

It’s still a good time to sell, but the window of auto-sales is quickly closing. Make sure you hire a broker who has been through a down market and knows how to get stuff done even when listing life isn’t easy. Winter is coming and I’ll still be around :)
