PLEASE SHARE! Hello friends, clients and strangers! As you can see, we’ve had a name update! As with every growing business, there comes a time to call in reinforcements! Dirt Road Realty Fremont County office is looking for an EXPERIENCED buyers agent. We are only advertising locally and by word of mouth for now. If we can’t find the right candidate we will be looking more towards job sites. So! If you or anyone you know fits the description below and are looking for a brokerage change, please send them my way!
✔️has current, active, clean Colorado real estate license
✔️ has at least one year of active real estate experience
✔️has successfully closed at least five transactions either independently or as part of a team, however direct participation in the transaction is required to count for consideration
OR
✔️at least five years real estate industry experience in areas such as transaction coordinating and real estate agent assistants. We will be willing to help the right candidate get their license but five years minimum experience in real estate is a must as work will be fairly independent

This is a remote position, you will not be manning an office. Travel for showings, client meetings, inspections, closings and other duties are required so candidate must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation. Real estate by nature is unpredictable and it is often required to be available to clients immediately.
