Sharanne Rothenbucher moved to Colorado in 1999 from Oregon where she had been a property manager. After working on her own investment properties in 2007 she became a licensed Realtor for Keller Williams in Canon City, CO where she is active in the Royal Gorge Association of Realtors. She has worked with Short Sale and Foreclosures, Investors, First time home buyers and is a listing specialist in Southern Colorado. Her home office is located in Colorado Springs where she is active in the Pikes Peak Realtors Association. The Keller Williams Performance offices are in Canon City and Pueblo which offers convenience for her clients in all three locations. Sharanne’s service area includes El Paso, Teller, Park, Custer, Fremont and Pueblo Counties. Community Service:
Sharanne has served on the City of Canon City Planning Commission, Canon City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chamber fundraising Chairman, Royal Gorge Association of Realtors member, Pikes Peak Association of Realtors member, Colorado Association of Realtors member, National Association of Realtors member, Canon City Chamber Prospectors, Canon City Music and Blossom Festival Committee, Royal Gorge Association of Realtors PR Committee, Canon City Leadership, and Volunteer coach for Canon City Recreation district for soccer, basketball and track. She also coached Cross Country for Crook County High School and was the Director for Tradewind Track and Field in Oregon. Personal Interests:
Sharanne is the mother of two young men. Her oldest Brenden graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder and is a First Lieutenant stationed in Oregon Army National Guard. Her youngest son Dylan attends high school and participates in football, wrestling and track. She enjoys competitive cooking and has won titles as Colorado State Fair Queen of the Kitchen, Sandra Dee Appetizer Contest Winner, C & H Sugar Baking Contest, Fleishman’s Baking Contest, Salsa Contest, and six year winner of Fremont County Fair High Point Exhibitor for Baking, Floriculture, and Gardening. She has also won two titles on team contests with her son Dylan: The Big Green Egg BBQ contest Winner at Beaver Creek Blues, Brews and BBQ’s, and the Colorado Cattlewomen State Cooking contest.
