✨ MEET PALMER REALTY | ARIANE PALMER ✨
Well…after introducing you to the amazing women I get to work alongside, I suppose it’s my turn. 🤍
I’m Ariane Palmer, Broker/Owner of Palmer Realty — but there’s quite a bit more to my story than real estate.
I was born and raised right here in the North Country as one of six siblings, and I think growing up in a big family helped shape a lot of who I am today. I learned early about working together, finding your own way, and probably a little bit about negotiating, too. 😉
I was also an entrepreneur at heart from a young age. I’ve always loved the idea of building something, creating opportunities and figuring out how to turn an idea into something real. Looking back, owning a brokerage and other small businesses probably isn’t all that surprising.
I became a REALTOR® in 2016 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2022. Today, I have the privilege of helping clients throughout the North Country with residential, commercial, land and investment real estate.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and I’ve been fortunate to receive multiple Platinum Top Producer Awards throughout my career. I’m grateful for those accomplishments — but some of the things I’m proudest of don’t come with a plaque.
Palmer Realty is one of them.
Building a brokerage rooted in hard work, relationships and community — and watching it grow into the team you’ve met throughout this series — means more to me than I can probably put into words.
I believe strongly in supporting the community that I’ve been blessed to be apart of at a young age and it’s why giving back, supporting local and creating things that bring people together have become such an important part of Palmer Realty.
But since this series is supposed to help you actually get to know us, here are a few things you probably won’t find on my business card:
✨ I’m one of six siblings.
🌌 I will take just about any opportunity I get to stop and gaze at a star-filled sky.
🐟 Salmon is my favorite meal.
🥧 I love baking an apple pie for my family, especially in the fall…
🎃 …but if I’m choosing a slice for myself, pumpkin pie wins.
🎂 I will always believe a birthday is worth celebrating, no matter how old you are. Life gives us enough ordinary days — I think we should celebrate the special ones.
😊 And I truly believe something as simple as a smile can go a long way. It costs nothing, but you never know when it might be exactly what someone else needed that day.
💡 And I’ve pretty much been dreaming up businesses and ideas for as long as I can remember.
One piece of advice I would share is this: don’t be afraid to slow down, look up at our incredible North Country starry skies and make a wish on that shooting star. Every dream has to start somewhere, and sometimes it starts with simply allowing yourself to imagine what could be possible.
To all the young entrepreneurs: believe in yourself, trust your vision and do it your way. There is no one else who can bring your ideas to life quite like you can.
And for a little personal soundtrack, “My Way” by Frank Sinatra has always been one of my favorite songs to listen to. It feels fitting — a reminder to stay true to yourself, follow your own path and build a life that reflects who you are.
At the end of the day, I’m a North Country girl who loves her family, her community, entrepreneurship and helping people figure out their next chapter.
Real estate has given me an incredible way to bring all of those things together — and I’m very grateful for the people who continue to trust Palmer Realty to be a small part of their stories. 🤍
