About a year ago, I began working with my client on the purchase of a commercial building. What followed was one of the most challenging and educational transactions of my career.
It fell apart and came back together more than once. There were moments that tested patience, creativity and determination. But we never lost sight of the bigger picture.
This was not just about buying a building -- it was about carrying forward a legacy and investing in the future of a family business. ❤️
So we kept moving forward. We negotiated. We problem-solved. We learned. And, eventually, we made it to the closing table in July. 🎉🔑

Every transaction teaches us something, but this one reminded me why I love what I do. Real estate isn't always easy. Sometimes it's complicated, frustrating and unpredictable.
