Terrapin Lodge Terrapin Lodge and Terrapin Cottage at Cold Mountain: 2 riverside retreats in the heart of Pisgah Asheville is only 30 minutes away! We’d love to host your stay!

Nestled in the Pisgah National Forest, Terrapin Lodge sits in the valley of Cold Mountain, on 2.38 acres of land, where Crawford Creek meets the trout-filled Pigeon River. We are only a short drive away from many popular Blue Ridge Parkway overlooks, Pisgah National Forest Parks and Waterfalls such as Looking Glass Falls, Moore's Cove, Sliding Rock, Skinny Dip Falls, Graveyard Falls, Cradle of the Forestry, horse riding stables, and more. We are also very close to Downtown Waynesville and Canton areas! Adventure awaits you in our mountain oasis!

Looks like it is going to be a long day... Blue dots are where the river monitoring sites are... Haywood County is prepared and ready to respond to any need that arises... If you or your loved ones need assistance, call 911 and help from whatever agency will be on the way...
