🌟 Getting to Know Our Team: Meet Kyle Kelso 🌟

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on one of our own — Kyle Kelso, who has been with Rhoades Real Estate since earning his broker’s license in November 2019.

Kyle’s roots run deep in agriculture, growing up on his family farm just east of Macomb. Long before real estate, he launched his career as an auctioneer in 2009 and has since built Kyle Kelso Auctioneer, a nationally recognized and award-winning auction business specializing in farm machinery, equipment, and high-end antiques. His team conducts fast-paced, professional live auctions across the Midwest, combining onsite and online bidding, and connecting sellers with buyers across the nation (and the world!).

Beyond his auction business, Kyle is also our partner in the Kelso Rhoades Real Estate Auction Group, where he’s the voice behind the mic, calling our live real estate auctions.

When he’s not working, Kyle is an avid outdoorsman — you’ll often find him hunting, fishing, or spending time boating with family and friends at Little Swan Lake. He also has a strong passion and focus for farm and recreational ground real estate, making him an invaluable resource for clients in those markets.

Kyle is married to his wife, Kelsey, and together they’re raising two kids, Kasey and Kent.
