Have you heard!?
- The Feds cut prime rate by .5%.

Which is cool and all, but have you heard what has happened to mortgage interest rates?

They are the lowest they have been in about 18 months.

What does that mean for you?

Well, it means the amount of house you can afford has changed drastically! If you considered buying within the last two years, but felt you weren't able to find a house that aligned with the monthly payment you could afford then let's talk!

I am in the process of following-up with all of my buyers that didn't feel like it was the right time for them. I am seeing their pre-approvals increase substantially! Pair the new pre-approval with homes that are lasting for more than 24 hours, and it makes it a GREAT time to buy!

Our 4-legged friends influence our decisions more than we realize. Too many times, I have shown buyers the "perfect" home, but the yard wasn't big enough or there was no rear door to let their dog out other than through a garage or basement. What was a perfect home is now no longer up for consideration. Our puppers have to feel at home too!

Real estate professionals are figuring out ways to highlight pet-friendly property features to entice consumers.
