Ezra Malernee has been Inspecting Homes and Buildings throughout the northeast quadrant of Ohio for over 24 years. Ezra is a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors, membership #10795) and follows their Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. To maintain membership in ASHI, the oldest Inspector Association in America, Ezra has to attend at least 20 hours of Continuing Education each

year. As Ohio does not license or regulate Home Inspectors, choosing a Certified ASHI Inspector could be your best way to ensure you get someone that is knowledgeable and professional. Before he started Inspecting Homes, Ezra was self-employed as a Carpenter/Contractor. He also holds a Degree in Building Preservation and Restoration from Belmont College, St Clairsville, Ohio. Ezra always tries to schedule Inspections when the Buyer can be present, to ensure that all the Buyers concerns and questions are answered before he leaves the house. The Report is filled out back at his office and pictures are added of areas of concern and then emailed to the Buyer by the next morning.
