Yesterday’s rescheduled XC race turned into another proud parent moment! Max went out there and earned himself another personal record!! 🙌🔥

Watching him continue to push himself, work hard, and get a little faster with every race has been so rewarding. But what makes us the proudest isn’t just the times he’s running, it’s the dedication, determination, and heart he puts into something he loves.

There’s something pretty special about watching your kids set goals, put in the work, and realize what they’re capable of. 🥹❤️

The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is great. The buyer can afford it…

BUT it’s one of the most expensive homes in the neighborhood. 😬

🍂 September might just be one of the most underrated months to make a move in the Sequoyah High School District!

Whether you’ve been thinking about buying OR selling, there are some real advantages to making your move this time of year.

🏡 BUYERS: The spring and summer rush has started to slow down, which can mean less competition, a little more breathing room to make decisions, and sellers who may be more motivated to negotiate.

🔑 SELLERS: Don’t assume you missed your window! There are still buyers actively looking—especially those hoping to get settled before the holidays. And with fewer homes competing for attention than during the busy spring market, a well-priced home can really stand out.

🍁 Plus…homes just show differently in the fall. Cooler weather, cozy spaces, porches, fireplaces and beautiful North Georgia fall scenery definitely don’t hurt. 😉

A little-unknown fact about me… I LOVE to cook. ❤️👩‍🍳

There’s just something about being in the kitchen, putting on some music, and making things from scratch that makes me happy.

Today’s agenda: prepping a few kitchen staples for the house….IYKYK. 😉🌿🍅🧄

Between real estate, kids, sports, and everything else life throws our way, cooking is one of those simple things that helps me slow down and enjoy being home.

There’s just something about a well-designed ’70s contemporary home that gets my attention every time.

I think they might be tied with mid-century modern as my favorite style. The warm earth tones, natural materials, varied textures, and soft organic curves give these homes so much character. They feel welcoming, unique, and connected to their surroundings in a way that’s hard to replicate today. As architecture began transitioning toward postmodernism, these homes found the perfect balance between bold design and comfortable living.

One of my favorite parts of real estate is walking into homes with personality and a story to tell. While trends come and go, great design never goes out of style.

Spent the day touring homes in Peachtree Corners with some amazing clients, and there’s nothing quite like seeing their excitement as they start to picture their future in a new home. 🏡✨

Every home tells a different story, and today was all about finding the one that feels just right. From beautiful neighborhoods to spacious backyards and dream kitchens, we explored some great options and got one step closer to finding “the one.”
