Eagle Ridge Apartments in Canton has a 1 bedroom 1 bath home on notice, available for move-in April 1, 2023. Monthly rent is $850 with a 12 month lease. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Water, trash and pest control are included in rent.

WHAT THE HOME IS LIKE:
We would love to welcome you to a spacious 700 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on top level (second story) with an eat-in kitchen, full laundry room with hookups, and wood-look plank flooring throughout, and a carpeted bedroom. The home is all-electric with heat pump HVAC. Eagle Ridge Apartments are tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, located on 4 wooded acres.

WHAT ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW:
All of our homes are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

WHAT WE REQUIRE OF YOU:
We are proud of our family owned and operated community and we hold high standards for our residents. We are looking for long term residents who will love this community and make it home. We do conduct thorough reference checks, and applicants should have verifiable positive landlord references and stable job history (at least 1 year at your current job, and no break in employment for the past two years). We also complete criminal history checks (no felonies or s*x offenders period) as well as income verification (income should be equal to 3x monthly rent; at least $2550). Background check is $50 for leaseholders and $25 for adult occupants. There is no application/administrative fee, but a holding fee of $200 is required along with the completed application. This holding fee becomes part of your deposit upon approval.
