If your answer to a few of these is “Ummm… no idea” 😂 you’re definitely not the only one.

One of the best things you can do as a homeowner is keep a simple record of your home’s major components—when they were installed, when they were last serviced, and any repairs that have been made.

It can help you plan and budget for future replacements instead of being completely caught off guard when something needs attention. And when it’s eventually time to sell, having that information handy can make answering buyer questions much easier.

🫏✨ The donkey countdown officially begins!

The shelter is up, the chickens officially have their own fenced-in area, AND the donkey pasture is fenced and ready! 🐓🌿

Little by little, our farm vision is actually coming together. Now comes the hardest part… waiting for the donkeys to come home. 😂🤎

Next farm update should hopefully include some very cute long ears! 🫏

One of our favorite parts about our new property has definitely been these two handsome boys. 🐴🤍

These two horses are from Victorian Farms and are currently staying on our property, so while they aren’t technically ours, we’ve been lucky enough to help care for them, interact with them, and get a little taste of horse life. 🌾

We’re so grateful to Victorian Farms for trusting us with their boys and allowing our family to love on them while they’re here. 🐴

I have a feeling they’re only making our future farm-animal wish list grow even longer. 😂🤍 ❤️
