Rates are rising and home prices are flattening. Rent prices are through the roof. Although the market pace is slowing, there are not many indications of a looming crash and wild price drops. The forecast for home prices is smaller appreciation over the next few years and annual home sales possibly falling by 5%. Many experts are saying to buy now, it will be the lowest prices for the foreseeable future.
