I have bought several properties over the years and i am familiar with the inspection process and I know what to expect from a inspection firm.

I hired Biltmore for the inspection of my new home. Its a grand house but nearly 90 years old. A home of this age is apt to have issues and the last thing i wanted was to have someone either exaggerate a condition or in opposition gloss over a real defect.

Baltimore's inspection was detailed as i expected, but more importantly it was not just raw facts. My inspector sorted out the issues and rated the items that were really critical and ones that could be negotiated for credit or were minor issues not to press.

Items such as live termites were abated, leaking water tank replaced & thousands credited for others. Most important however was my PEACE OF MIND when buying an older home.
