This one is sweet! We all know life changes and unexpected things can happen. It was my honor to help this lady find her new home when she found herself walking a new journey in life. She saw this house but was not ready to buy yet. She said if it was meant to be it would be. The house went under contract and then later she sold her home and was ready to buy…. Days later this house came back on the market! When you know, you know! FAITH! Thank you for trusting me to help you through this part of your life! It has been a real pleasure!

“Julie was so amazing to work with! With this being our first home we had a lot of questions making sure we knew what everything meant, and all the steps that goes into buying a house even if we asked multiple times just to double check! She never once made us feel less than any other client whether it be our first house or 10th! She was very patient with us from start to finish! We loved working with her! “
