What happened to my cute little Realtor job? 😂

I was promised cute outfits, coffee runs, showing houses and putting SOLD signs in yards…

Instead, I’m out here leaf blowing sidewalks, hammering in signs and apparently auditioning for a blue-collar career. 😂🔨🍂

Nobody warned me that being a Realtor meant: 🏡 Showing houses
📱 Answering 47 texts at once
🧹 Cleaning up properties
🔨 Installing signs
💪 Moving things I probably shouldn’t be moving
🚗 Living in my car
…and somehow still trying to look cute for the next showing. 😂

At this point, I’m not sure if I’m a Realtor or the entire maintenance department.

But hey… whatever it takes to get the job done for my clients! ❤️🏡

One of my favorite parts of being a REALTOR® is getting out into the community, meeting the people who serve it, and building genuine connections beyond real estate. 🏡

Today’s pop-by gave me the opportunity to visit with members of Canton Fire-Rescue and drop off a little something to help keep them hydrated. I’m always grateful for the men and women who work hard to protect and serve our East Texas communities!

Real estate is about more than properties—it’s about people, relationships, and being part of the community you serve. ❤️

Apparently, if I had a mascot, I’d be a raccoon. And honestly… the more I look at her, the more accurate this feels. 😂

🔑 Keys ready
📱 Phone always going
📂 Carrying entirely too many files
🏡 Probably thinking about real estate when I’m supposed to be doing something else
🐾 And, naturally, a Sphynx cat assistant causing trouble in the background

She may be a little chaotic, but she’s resourceful, determined, and she’s going to figure it out — which might actually be a pretty good description of me as a REALTOR®. 😂
