Becoming a mom is the most challenging love I know. It starts with getting to nurture them every minute of every day. And you think those days will never end. And then one day they fly away. And you wish those days would’ve never ended. When their babies you get to love them every second of every day. But your job is to train them to live without you taking care of them every second of every day. They grow up, start working and “adulting”. And then one day, you can count the days on one hand that you get to see them with our busy life’s. So this day, I got to cherish a few moments with one of my adult sons by breaking bread, and ax throwing! I started as a slow learner with those darn Ax’s.. they didn’t want to stick! But the laughter and family moments will be remembered forever! I savored and enjoyed every cotton, pickin second! And, got to share it with one of my BFF’s ( who is a 2 nd mom to my children) as a sweet blessing for a beautiful day!
