It started with one property. Then another. Then a lot of learning in between.

That’s the real story behind a portfolio that now spans Canada, the US, and Mexico — no dramatic breakthrough, just years of buying carefully, learning each market, and expanding as we went. Every country taught us something different, and over time that experience compounded into real options: flexibility, choice, and eventually the freedom we’ve talked about.

Today we’re still building — now concentrated on US opportunities — and helping others take part in deals grounded in real, tangible assets.

This is the part I enjoy most: not just investing ourselves, but opening the door for others to do it alongside someone who’s been through the cycles.

The best part of our week now costs nothing: slow mornings, ice cream walks, whole afternoons with the kids that don’t get scheduled around anything.

Twenty-three years in the engineering field taught me to measure success by income. It took leaving to learn the real currency was time.

Playa del Carmen is where we came to spend it differently — and real estate is what made the move possible.

We didn’t move to the Riviera Maya to escape work. We moved here to do work that buys us something back — time, sunshine, mornings with our kids that don’t get scheduled around someone else’s calendar.

That freedom came from two things working together: a successful career in the engineering field and learning to put what it earned to work in real estate. Deliberately, over years, across a few countries.
Now we’re creating deals in Florida and opening the door for others to come along.

Real Estate isn’t about chasing deals. It’s about building relationships, understanding the market, and acting when the right opportunity is created.

Your money can work while you're at the beach.

A few weeks ago I signed paperwork for a private lending deal — poolside, in Mexico, on a video call with a notary and a colleague closing on a house in Texas.

No tenants. No toilets. No contractors. Just capital, deployed into a vetted deal, earning a fixed return while someone else does the work.

This isn't wait-until-retirement thinking. This is build-the-life-now thinking.
