Here’s a quick look at what the Cape Coral real estate market did last month 👇January 2026

• 810 homes sold, showing steady activity
• 2,315 new listings came on the market
• Homes took a median of 56 days to sell
• The median sold price was $399,000
• The median active listing price is $464,900
• 10.69 months of inventory, meaning buyers have more choices

What this means: Things aren’t moving at lightning speed, but homes that are priced right and well prepared are still selling.
