This deal started as a referral — niece and nephew in law of past Milner Team clients, relocating from Maryland to Southwest Florida. The plan was simple: find a home, line up traditional financing, get them moved down.

The plan didn’t go to plan.

After getting an offer on their home we had to move quickly to secure a property. So we got creative. We widened the search, looked at the deal from new angles — and ultimately found them a brand new construction home with SELLER FINANCING. No traditional underwriting gauntlet. OFFICIALLY OVER $11 MILLION CLOSED. 🏡

About 3 years ago — May 30, 2023 — I closed my first real estate transaction. Today: $11M+ closed across 26 sides.

But if you told 18-year-old me this is where I’d be? I would’ve never believed you.

Real estate is the family business. Third generation. My mom is Broker/Owner of Florida Future Realty. And my grandparents Gary & Peggy Milner were in the industry as well.

I grew up at dinner tables hearing about closings and contracts — picking it all up whether I wanted to or not.

But at 18, I wanted to do my own thing. I was a gamer and content creator. YouTube. Twitch. Building websites since I was 8 years old. Entrepreneurship was in my DNA — I just didn’t want it to look like my family’s.

I graduated high school a year and a half early to work full time and chase my own income. Quit my job. Bet on myself. Ran out of money. Young, dumb, broke.

During that time my mom pushed me to take the real estate course. I got licensed. Then went and worked overnight at Walmart for $15/hr — 10pm to 7am when cash was tight.

That’s when something clicked. I started listening to agents calling on YouTube and realized: this isn’t scary. This is just showing up for people.

Saved 3 months of bills. Quit Walmart. Hit the ground running in February 2023. By May 30 I had my first two closings back-to-back — $1.2M in volume in my first 90 days.

Then 18 months grinding solo: $5.5M closed.
2025 hit. Bought my first home. Ran my team solo. No agents. New mortgage. Months of stress.

Then the right people showed up. They bet on me when there was nothing to bet on but a vision. I’ll never forget that.

The last 6 months as a team: another $5M+. Baselining $1–2M/month now and just getting warmed up.
