I hope your winter is going well! If you enjoy scuba diving, which I do, there is a new scuba park being proposed in Cape Coral. The lake will cover 45 acres and groundbreaking is Feb. 23, 2024. I never realized the size of a hurricane until now. Our weather was still being effected by the system after it made landfall 250 miles to the north.
We had inches of rain and strong winds from Tuesday until this afternoon. The canal behind the house rose 2-3 feet, which I’m thankful for. Here is a quick video.

They say “patience is a virtue”, we’ll I would have to say ours has been tested! We ordered a table with chairs for our kitchen area and received the chairs in a normal time frame and the legs to the table we ordered. Thinking I was just missed we waited then after contacting the seller we realized this table is on a “slow boat from China” literally!
Well it was finally delivered after about 6 weeks.
I think it was worth the wait. Nice choices, ladies.

Our wives have been instrumental in choosing the decorations and coordinating the placement. Here is there work.

A long 19 day stretch completed. We spent time painting, plumbing projects, electrical projects and decorating. We were able to have our wives down to help also, thankful. A new vanity, and lavatory were added. Also added more lighting in the master suite bathroom.
