As you might expect, parenting six children has taught me a variety of skills, including multitasking, advanced planning, leadership, and, of course, mastering the art of negotiation! Dale and I have returned to Florida after spending time in the Carolinas. My passion is real estate, and I’ve had successful careers in Southwest Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Returning to SWFL was one

of the best decisions we’ve made for our family, and that’s why we’ve decided to give back by helping others make the same "best life decision". I love seeing the joy on my clients’ faces when they find "the one" (property) that is perfect for them. And I feel even more accomplished when I assist a property owner in selling their home and moving on to the next chapter of their lives. I hope that I may assist your family in finding true happiness and a place to call home, as my family has done here in Southwest Florida. Dale and I spent a summer waterskiing professionally in the Sea World "Ski Break" waterski show before we launched multiple businesses and real estate ventures. It was an awesome gig that we took advantage of while we were young. Still, today, we are just as adventurous, though maybe a bit more cautious.
