Chris Porter, Cape Realty Inc. Dedicated Real Estate professional "EXCELLENCE, DILIGENCE and INTEGRITY" Chris Porter is the broker and co-owner of Cape Realty Inc.

She works as a partner with her mother, Patti Martin, and has been employed full time in Real Estate since 1987. Chris & Patti are both originally from Southern California. Chris is married to a Fort Myers fire department battalion chief and they have two teenage children. Years of experience and a professional positive attitude are the combination that helps make Chris one of the area's top producing Realtors. Chris holds the designations of GRI and CDPE. Chris is also the President of the Cape Coral Municipal Charter School Foundation Board which helps assist in scholarships, fundraising and other areas that benefit her children's schools. Chris is also the co chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee at the Cape Coral Board of Realtors.
