Buying a home is very popular today in , with the low inventory of resale homes and the affordable prices of building. The process is not as slow as you might think. I have used an example that isn't quite yet built but will update this post as it continues to be completed. The owners are my customers from PA. The first photo is what the completed home will look like. The other photos are progress photos I take of the property roughly every two weeks. These attached are not all the photos I shared with the new homeowner. I will continue to take photos until complete. It takes about 100 days to complete the building process. We get updates from the builder very regularly as you will see below. makes the process very simple and stress free.

10/1/20 - Contract signed on the purchase of the home
10/20/20 - Pulled the permit. Lot will soon be scraped and fill dirt will be delivered soon.
10/27/20 - The pad is built, underground plumbing going in and slab would soon be going in.
11/9/20 - The slab was poured, block is up and we will see framing going up next.
11/23/20 - Framing is complete. We are now in rough mechanics (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Insulation will follow.
11/3/20 - Rough mechanics are complete and the drywall hung. Mud, texture and stucco going in next. (Drywall wasn't quite hung when I took photos last, but the stucco was complete)
