I want to thank Bill and Jayne for allowing me to handle their transaction. It was a pleasure working with them and I want to add a note about the sellers, Cris and Deb. They left the house the cleanest I have ever seen a house including new homes. That's class! We decide to donate the 5% to the Children's Advocacy Center of SWFL. My neighbor is putting her house on the market in a couple days. It is in Sandoval and it's a Sandbar model. It has 3 beds, 3 baths and a den, 3 car garage, plus pool/spa and lake view.
