o take a new journey and became a Real Estate Agent. In the late 1990s, Aixa and her husband decided to start their own Real Estate company in Palm Beach County. She entered the real estate world to explore her passion for selling and buying properties. Later to discover that there is more involved than just the purchase and selling of a home. The feeling of helping other people in their selling or buying of their properties and seeing their joy at the end of their transaction. Life brought a change in all their lives in 2007 and Aixa and her family moved to the Naples area. First-time homebuyers 🙌 Don’t stress over the max amount you can be pre-approved for.

Instead, ask your loan officer, “What can I afford with xyz per month?”

You’ll probably be pre-approved for more than what you can comfortably manage once you factor in property taxes, homeowners insurance, HOA fees (if any), and mortgage insurance.

If you’re paying $2,300 in rent now, expect your costs to go up once you add those extra expenses. Focus on what monthly payment you can actually afford, and go from there.
